Here in South Australia, our thirteen in-prison volunteers work hard to provide practical and emotional support to prisoners throughout seven of the state’s nine major prisons including:
- Adelaide Pre-Release Centre (APC)
- Adelaide Remand Centre (ARC)
- Adelaide Women’s Prison (AWP)
- Mobilong Prison (MOB)
- Mount Gambier Prison (MGP)
- Port Lincoln Prison (PLP)
- Yatala Labour Prison (YTL)
Our volunteers support the prisoners they visit with banking assistance, property storage as well as friendship and support.
